At American Grinding & Machine Company, we manufacture our product line of BRUTE custom machine bases for any kind of fixed industrial equipment. Each base is made to order with customized features and fabricated with exact precision. Our heavy-duty machine bases support industrial equipment and robotic devices in plants and factories all over the world.

We have several standard models to choose from that we customize to align with application-specific requirements. All machine bases feature top plates Blanchard ground to a flatness of ±0.002" per linear foot. Along with drilling and tapping mounting pads, we dress all welds, treat finished surfaces with a rust inhibitor, and shot blast and paint unfinished surfaces.

We build machine bases with an abundance of optional features. Customers can choose aluminum or stainless steel top, and we can Mattison grind surfaces to incredibly close tolerances. We build bases with side panels, doors, and shelves and integrate cooling troughs and lifting holes or slots. Casters and forklift tubes can be added for mobility, and we accommodate all types of painted, lacquered, and enamel finishes.

With our attention to detail and quality assurance that involves continuous inspection in all stages of the manufacturing cycle, we ensure that every machine base exhibits the highest quality. Our deliverable includes protective packaging for either domestic or overseas shipment. We build one-of-a-kind machine bases, and we also fill large volume orders.
